Shipping policy
Order Processing:
In-stock orders confirmed before our cut-off time ship the same business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays); all other orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Expedited shipping including 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air will ship the same day if the order is confirmed before the order cut-off time. We will make every effort to also ship standard shipping orders via ground shipping the same day if the order is confirmed before the order cut-off time. Our order cut-off time is 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer Standard, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping options.
- Standard Shipping: 4–5 business days
- 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
- Next Day Air: 1 business day
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $10 within the continental United States.
International Shipping:
We ship to the United States, Canada, and select countries in Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East. Rates are calculated at checkout (Canada from $79, Express International from $99.99) and average international transit time is 2–8 business days. International orders ship DDU: duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. For destinations not offered at checkout, request a quote through our contact page.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Issues:
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at help@barcodeprintershop.com with your name and order number, and we’ll investigate the issue.
