Teams Build, USB-A Dongle

218475-02 is the Microsoft Teams certified build of the Voyager 4320 supplied with the BT700 USB-A Bluetooth adapter. Both halves of that matter when ordering. The Teams build carries a dedicated Teams button and Teams-specific behaviour; the open UC build is a different part number, 218475-01, and the two are not interchangeable if your users expect the Teams button to work. The included dongle is USB-A: the USB-C equivalent is the BT700C and ships on separate part numbers, so check which ports the fleet actually has before ordering.

No Charge Stand

There is no charging stand in this box. The headset charges over the supplied USB cable, plugged into a PC or a USB charger, which is perfectly workable but is not the drop-it-on-the-stand experience some buyers expect from the photographs.
